out of state admission
Out-of-state applicants who graduated from a high school accredited by that state's accreditation association within five years of the date of first enrollment and have never attended another college or university must meet the following requirements:
top half of their graduating class
minimum sat or act scores must correspond to those required of the in-state applicants in the first or second 25% of their class
submitting an application
