1. The NEXRAD Stage III or MPE (1995-2003) database (GIS Grid format), with hourly and 4 km spatial resolution, in UTM zone 13 and WGS 84 datum established by Dr. Hongjie Xie using the automated approaches (Xie et al. 2003, 2005, and documents 1 and 2) can be downloaded from here stored at New Mexico Tech. Also developed by Dr. Xie are the ArcIMS viewers (HTML and JAVA). This method has been requested and used by many scientists and students, click a link to the U. Texas at Austin who cited this work.

　

2. A new similar database in Texas Centric Mapping System (see parameters below) will be created and downloaded soon from LRSG at UTSA. Please check back with us.
