We are using Monte Carlo simulations and minimal  biophysical assumptions to study how AMPA receptors move in and out of the post-synaptic density.

We have modified a state-of-the-art two-photon microscope to do (state-of-the-art)^2 fluorescence correlation spectroscopy.

We are modeling all the molecules involved in long term depression in the parallel fiber-to-Purkinje cell synapse.
