Emergency training video to be filmed on Main Campus today

(June 28, 2017) -- The UTSA Police Department and the UTSA OIT Video Production Group will film a training video on the Main Campus from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today to use in the campus community’s emergency preparedness curriculum. During the filming, which will take place in and around the Business Building, UTSA students, employees and visitors will notice heightened police activity in the area.

Ambulances, fire trucks, police vehicles, uniformed police officers and actors will participate in the video.

During the making of the video, Peace Blvd. between Devine and Principal will be closed to make room for the film’s staging area. The exit to the service drive by the Business Building will also be blocked.

All roads impacted will reopen to regular traffic when filming is complete, around 2 p.m.
