Did you know that many browser plug-ins are not well supported by on-campus computers? Some example estimates include:

  • Flash: 20%
  • QuickTime: 90%
  • Real Player 90%

Use plug-ins to enhance your content. Avoid presenting important information within them.

Information Technology has provided UTSA Staff and Faculty with a tool for connecting to the network from home. More information can be found in Outlook under Public Folders > UTSA Remote Network Access. Web sites can be updated from home too.

Note: If you wish to use an absolute template path (e.g. TEMPLATE="/mypath/index.cfm") with CFINCLUDE then you must create a mapping for the path using the ColdFusion Administrator.
