Pre- Loan Entrance Counseling 
You are required by the federal government to complete pre-loan counseling prior to the disbursement of your loan funds. You can complete this requirement online at Direct Pre-Loan Counseling.

Sign Perkins Promissory Note
After completing the on-line pre-loan entrance counseling form please stop by the Financial Aid Office (located in the John Peace Library, JPL building, room 1.01.20) and sign your Perkins Promissory Note.

Exit Counseling
Exit Counseling is a requirement for everyone who has borrowed funds from a federal government or school loan program.  It is designed to prepare you for repaying of your student loans and help you with personal financial management. Counseling is provided by the Perkins Loan Office in the Office of Accounting. Call for an appointment  210-458-4217 or go on-line at www.mycampusloan.com to complete the E-Exit.

Payments
To view your account, make a payment or download forms click on CAMPUS PARTNERS (billing agency for UTSA).

Collection services for defaulted loans are provided by:   General Revenue Corporation and Williams & Fudge Corporation.   If your loan is with one of these agencies click on the name to be linked to their website to view your account.
