Dick received a BBA and an MBA from Texas State University - San Marcos. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). After working for a CPA firm and then for an Oil & Gas Company, he worked for the University of Texas System in Austin, TX for 12 years as an Audit Manager. He currently serves as Executive Director of Audit, Compliance and Risk Services at the University of Texas at San Antonio where he has served since 1993.
