Erica graduated from UTSA with a BA in Communications and BBA in General Business. After graduation she worked at Horizon Building Systems as a departmental Website manager. Erica has experience in web design for over six years. She joined the Office of Institutional Compliance & Risk Services in November 2005.

She enjoys reading and painting on the weekends.
