The university fields Men's teams in baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, indoor & outdoor track & field, and tennis.
The women compete in basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, softball, tennis, indoor/outdoor track and field, and volleyball.
UTSA will host the NCAA 2008 Men's Final Four and the 2010 Women's Final Four Basketball Championships.

The Athletic Fee paid as a part of the Tuition and Fee structure, provides admittance to all UTSA regular season conference and non-conference sporting events held on campus.
