Transfer applicants with fewer than 30 college credit hours from accredited colleges or universities must:
Meet the same rank-in-class (GED) and SAT/ACT test score requirements as first time freshmen
Have at least a cumulative C average (2.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale) in all college hours attempted
Be eligible to return to all previous institutions attended
