College of Architecture

UTSA College of Architecture is home to exciting professional programs. We offer a fully accredited Master of Architecture program and three four year degrees: Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management, and a CIDA accredited Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. We also offer a research-oriented Master of Science in Architecture program. We are a young, progressive and dynamic College that nourishes intellectual diversity, and for this we are considered to be a vanguard component of an emerging research-extensive university of more than 28,000 students. We are one of the nation's most exciting and fastest-growing architectural institutions with a diverse faculty and unique student body.



CoA faculty members receive research grants

Four CoA faculty were recently awarded grants to conduct research in a variety of topics including urban planning, healthcare design, smart materials, and high-performance buildings.


Emerging Green Builders invites Steven Moore to lecture

The College of Architecture Colloquium kicked off its lecture series for the Spring 2008 semester on January 30th with a lecture from Steven Moore, the Bartlett Cocke professor of architecture and planning and director of the graduate program in sustainable design in the University of Texas at Austin.
