UTSA DOWNTOWN ART GALLERY
The UTSA Downtown Art Gallery, is located on the 1st floor of the Durango Building, DB1.12A at UTSA's Downtown Campus. The Art Gallery exhibits both student and non-student art throughout the year. Artwork is generally replaced every month or so by the curator.

Texas is fast becoming one of the most progressive and exciting art scenes on the horizon. Hosted at the Institute of Texan Cultures, the Texas Contemporary Artists Series exhibitions showcase the talents of some of Texas' premier artists.
UTSA Art Collection
UTSA Art Collection Comprised of both gifts and acquisitions of fine art to The University of San Antonio, The UTSA Art Collection contains paintings, sculptures, works on paper and mixed media by many talented South Texas artists, some of whom are graduates of UTSA. University Curator Arturo Infante Almeida reviews potential gifts and makes recommendations based on their artistic merit and appropriateness for the campus collection.
Pieces in the collection are located in interior and exterior sites throughout the University's three campuses and are maintained by the UTSA Art Specialist. Our hope at the University is to enhance the educational environment for thousands of students, faculty and staff, while making UTSA aesthetically pleasant for our visitors.
