Parking lot 7 closed Monday, Nov. 5 for special ceremony

UTSA parking lot 7, south of the Biotechnology, Sciences and Engineering (BSE) Building, 1604 Campus, will be closed Monday, Nov. 5 until noon because of the "UTSA: Celebrating the Vision" ceremony in the BSE Building. The closing is to accommodate special guests of UTSA attending the ceremony. Realizing there will be temporary inconvenience with the lot closure, faculty and staff members are asked to keep in mind the spirit of UTSA hospitality and the special celebration of the future of the university.

If you usually park in lot 7, here are alternative parking options for Nov. 5:

  • Lot 6 (south of BSE Building) and lot 5 (south of Recreation Center) are within walking distance of the Biosciences, Engineering and BSE buildings.
  • Lot 11 (adjacent to Child Development Center and University Oaks Apartments on UTSA Boulevard, shuttle service to the BSE Building)
  • Lot 13 (Valero Way, shuttle service to the Arts Building)
