Spring Break Safety Awareness

UTSA PD and others team up to keep students safe over spring break

 

The 2018 Spring Break Safety Awareness event will provide information for students on DUI/DWI, alcohol and drug awareness, sexual assault prevention, and other health and safety tips. This safety fair will promote educational and ethical options so students can make risk-free decisions and enjoy Spring Break (March 12-March 18) safely.

What: Spring Break Safety Awareness Event
Who: UTSA Police Department, University Oaks & Chisolm Hall, and UTSA Student Health Services
Where: Sombrilla Central Plaza
When: Tuesday, March 6, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Informational Tables By: Texas A&M Transportation Institute with their Share the Road Campaign, UTSA Beaks Up. Speak Up., Vision Zero San Antonio, Project SHAPE and Project AHHA!, San Antonio Aids Foundation, Office of Equal Opportunity Services, Student Counseling Servicesand the UTSA Center for Collegiate Recovery. 

UTSA Student Health Services will be providing free HIV/HCV (Hepatitis C) testing services
