      With an ADA placard/license plate and a UTSA Garage parking permit, you may park in ADA or unmarked spaces of the garage for which your permit allows. You may also park in ADA surface spaces or any other surface spaces for which your permit allows. You may also park in surface pay stall spaces at no charge.
