3. How can I see if my package has arrived at UTSA?

4. I checked on the status of my package and it was delivered to the university at 10 am. It is now 2 pm, and my package has not been delivered.

If it was a ground delivery service, you will receive the package within two business days. If you need to receive the package sooner, let us know by sending an email to Central Receiving Warehouse or calling 4019 to let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
