Choosing a Major
CHOOSING A MAJOR

Most students will change their major at least once during their college years – some may change 3 or 4 times. This is not unusual as you learn more about yourself and are exposed to new areas through your coursework.

Don’t feel pressured during your first semester on-campus to make this decision – give yourself enough time to do some self-exploration.

Look at course descriptions in the catalog.

Talk to other students about courses they’re taking.
