Prepare For and Work a Career Fair
To get more detailed information on employers who are attending a Career Fair:
- Click “Jobbank” tab.
- Sign-in with your Jobbank log-in information.
- On the file menu along the top (orange bar), click “Career Events”.
To view employers registered for a current event
- Click 'Search Employers' under the Action column. (If 'Search Employers' is not available, it means that employers have not yet signed up to participate.)
- A Search Feature allows you to select various criteria such as majors, position types, job categories and organization name to narrow your search. To see all employers, leave the Search Criteria empty (do not select anything).
- The results screen displays the names of those employers meeting your criteria.Click on an employer to find out the specific majors the company is interested in talking to and, frequently, the job(s) they are recruiting for as well as a link to the company’s home page.
