What is an Interview?
A job interview is basically a conversation between two or more individuals to determine whether you can do the job that needs to be done and whether you are a good fit for the company. Those are the two questions that the employer is trying to answer.
The interviewee is trying to make a favorable impression upon the employer but is also trying to decide if they are interested in working for the employer.
