Developing Treatments for Vascular Disease
The Ram lab is interested in the understanding and developing better treatments for vascular disease through an interdisciplinary approach. The current projects are: (i) the role of mechanical forces in infection and inflammation; (ii) platelet storage for transfusion; and (iii) high-throughput screening for antimicrobial drug discovery and diagnostics.
