One Stop Enrollment Center
The One Stop Enrollment Center downtown is a one-stop location where you can receive answers to your questions regarding all aspects of financial aid, registration and records, and undergraduate admissions. It is located on the first floor of the Frio Street Building along with the Veterans Certification Office, Fiscal Services, and Campus Services. No appointment is needed at One Stop, simply stop by and we can help you with your questions.
Nearby, the Veterans Certification Office staff are also available to help answer questions regarding veteran’s benefits, receive and process certifications, and refer Veterans, active duty military and their eligible family members to Vet Success Vocational Counselors for VA-specific questions and resources.
At Fiscal Services students can make payments and receive assistance with general billing questions. The Campus Services office can address a variety questions including parking, tickets, as well as issue new or replacement student/staff ID cards.
