Enrollment Services
UTSA's Downtown Campus features one-stop-enrollment services to ease the enrollment and financial aid process. The Enrollment and Student Services Center is located on the first floor of the Frio Street Building.
Employees in this area provide UTSA students with necessary forms and applications; assist with course registration; discuss veterans benefits and certifications; process emergency loans and fulfill requests for academic transcripts.
Office hours are 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Fridays
(when classes are in session).
New Student Admissions/Visitor Center
The New Student Admissions and Visitor Center is located on the first floor (FS 1.528) in the Frio Street Building. Information and assistance is provided to prospective students as well as their families regarding registration, housing, testing, financial aid and admission.
Professional staff members are available to answer questions regarding undergraduate admission on a walk-in or appointment basis.
All necessary forms, applications, and materials pertaining to admission, course registration, financial aid, scholarships, and academic majors are available to all visitors at the facility.
General information regarding programs and services available at the UTSA Downtown Campus is also provided to all visitors. The Downtown Campus Visitor Center offers individual and group tours of the Downtown Campus by appointment.
