Summer Programs
East Asia Summer Camps at UTSA
UTSA's East Asia Institute typically offers one week of Chinese Language and Culture Camp and one week of Japanese Language and Culture Camp every summer. Come and njoy a different, educational and fun summer learning Chinese and Japanese through language instruction, culture, customs, arts, crafts, cooking and more. For children ages 9-12 (fees TBA).
Tentative Daily Schedule
・8:30 a.m-9:00 a.m. Arrival: Supervised free activities
・9:00-11:30 a.m. Language Instruction (three 45‐minute lessons with 10‐minute breaks in between)
・11:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Lunch and movies + discussions
・2:00-3:30 p.m. Culture, customs, arts, crafts
・3:30-4:00 p.m. Clean up and get ready to be picked up
