The CompTIA Security + Certification is an internationally recognized credential used by organizations and security professionals around the globe to validate foundation level security skills and knowledge.
The Center for Infrastructure Assurance and Security's preparation course will help you hone and build your existing knowledge of security practices and also adds a hands on component for practical application. The hands on lab activities reinforce the security principles and demonstrate your competency. In this course, you will build on your existing knowledge, take practice exams to better prepare you for the certification exam and you will practice your skills with simulated hands-on labs.
At the end of the course, you will be able to identify risk and risk mitigation activities. You will understand additional security concepts such as infrastructure, application, information and operational security, cryptography and you many more.

A broad knowledge of security concerns and implementation including the domains listed above. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT administration with a focus on security
The course registration fee includes, knowledgeable instructor(s), a security book for reference, practice exams, hands on lab activities and you will receive a voucher to take the Security + exam.
