Why SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager?

Delivering maximum business value amid digital disruption and getting the business results needed is what SAFe Product Owners and Product Managers do through effective Program Increment execution.

01Iteration Planning and Execution

SAFe Agile Teams power the Agile Release Train and build increasing value – keep the train on the tracks by using a sequence of program events like daily stand-ups, ART syncs and backlog refinement.

02Plan Program Increments

Program Increments are the largest plan-do-check-act learning cycles in SAFe. Alignment is created with Program Increment planning. Help teams focus on business outcomes rather than the process and details of finishing features.

03Prioritize the Program Backlog

Use Lean economics to prioritize features for optimal return on investment. In a flow of work system, job sequencing by Product Owners and Product Managers are key to economic outcomes.
