Any refunds for cancellation must be submitted by Friday, June 7th.
Please email us and declare that you are no longer attending the institute and are requesting a refund. Include your name and the subject of the workshop.
All cancellations will incur a $50 fee.
Please email us the name of the current teacher, the name of the workshop, the new teacher, and the point of contact whom will be processing any revised purchase orders or further payment. substitutions cannot be made after deadline dates. These are very important deadlines, as it guarantees your signed, official certificate at the end of the institute.
Substitutions must be submitted by Friday, June 7th.

Participants meet for 30 hours of instruction during the week and must attend at least 90% of the workshop (i.e., miss no more than three hours of instruction) in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants will be expected to sign attendance sheets twice a day to record their presence. Participants will also be required to fill out an evaluation form in order to receive their certificate.
UTSA will make every effort to maintain the published schedule of workshops; however, we reserve the right to make any necessary changes and/or cancellations. If a workshop is changed or canceled, all participants will be notified immediately and will be given the opportunity to transfer to an open workshop or receive a full refund.
