The Edwards Aquifer Authority (EAA) is a political subdivision of the State of Texas and was created by the Texas Legislature to replace the Edwards Underground Water District. It includes general information about the EAA and the Edwards Aquifer, announcements/meetings, new job postings, the Water Source Newsletter, rules and regulations, technical data, reports/research, a library catalog, geographic information systems, and water conservation/education efforts as well as much more.

This is the official web site of the Edwards Aquifer Research and Data Center (EARDC), Southwest Texas State University (SWT), San Marcos, Texas. At this site you will find some information related to the Edwards Aquifer, the underground reservoir that supplies water for agricultural, industrial as well as municipal uses for more than 1.5 million people in the region.
