Events Mangement
Events Management & Conference Services provides event coordination, scheduling and support for UTSA’s Main Campus. Whether you need a table reservation, meeting space or to plan a conference or major event, our staff can assist you every step of the way. We are located in the University Center across from the UTSA Bookstore and are here to help make your event a success!
Due to a high volume of requests, please allow (5) business days for processing. Major Events require a planning meeting and should be requested at least one month prior to event. Please check space availability at http://calendar.utsa.edu prior to requesting.
