Scheduling priority guidelines exist to ensure that university facilities are first made available to the university and to other groups as allowed under university and UT System Board of Regents' Rules and Regulations. Priority rules may vary from facility to facility based on building function, mission and funding source.
University events are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis under the priority system listed in the UTSA HOP, Section 8.06.
