The Family Association will once again offer four $500 scholarships to the students of Family Association members for Fall 2011. To qualify, the applicant must be enrolled full-time at UTSA during the fall 2011 semester. The deadline to submit a completed application with the required essay is August 26, 2011. The Texas Sigma Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity is offering three Balanced Man Scholarships totaling $1000 to outstanding freshman males entering The University of Texas San Antonio next year, whose family members have a membership with the UTSA Family Association. Three scholarships will be awarded to incoming males students who embody the principles of the Balanced Man. The aim is to recognize and reward men who strive to achieve balance and all-around excellence, which is essential in achieving a satisfying college experience and life. To qualify, applicants must enrolled at The University of Texas at San Antonio for the Fall 2009 semester as a incoming freshman student with less than 30 completed hours, demonstrate leadership and have a family membership to the UTSA Family Association.
