Employee Recognition Program
Financial Affairs awards outstanding performance by an employee or team each quarter. The employee recognition program acknowledges those individuals who have positively impacted their department or UTSA as a whole.
We believe our employees are our most valuable asset and Financial Affairs' recognition program celebrates and honors their achievements.
Each quarter nominations are accepted from supervisors, peers and customers to:
- Show appreciation for a job well done.
- Motivate those involved to reach higher levels of achievement.
- Recognize employees who contribute above and beyond the call of duty.
- Reward individuals or groups for teamwork, creativity and initiative in their work.
