Accept/Decline Financial Aid Award Letter
- Log into ASAP
- Select Student Services & Financial Aid
- Select Financial Aid
- Select 'My Award Information'
- Click on 'Accept Award Offer by Aid Year'
- After you select the academic year click on 'Submit'.
- Accept or Decline your award.
Emergency Tuition and Fee Loan
Tuition and Fee Loan Applications are available on ASAP. Please check our homepage calendar for dates of availability.
- Log into ASAP
- Select Student Services & Financial Aid
- Select Fiscal Services
- Select Tuition and Fee Loan Application, Fall 2008 (in the drop box) and click 'Submit Term'.
- References: List 3 different people that live at 3 different addresses
- Promissory Note: Change Margin setting to 0.3" top/bottom, left/right to print Promissory Note correctly.
- Print promissory note
- Sign all spaces which indicate “borrower signature” (twice) and “borrower initials” (once)
- Submit one copy of your completed promissory note with your student ID to the Student Financial Aid & Enrollment Services Office in room JPL 1.01.04 at the 1604 campus or Frio Building 1.500 at the downtown campus.
- Faxed promissory notes WILL NOT be accepted.

Book Loans
- Loans will be first-come first-serve until available funds run out. A waiting list will be available thereafter.
- Please check our homepage calendar for dates of availability.
- Book Loans will be available at the Financial Aid Office JPL 1.01.04 (1604 campus) or at the Enrollment Services Center F 1.500 (downtown campus).
- If you are applying for a Book Loan you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be registered for the term you are requesting the book loan for.
- You must provide 3 different references living at 3 different addresses.
- You must have your Student ID or driver's license .
Verification of Enrollment
Verification of Enrollment is available online after census date of each term. If a student is requesting Verification of Enrollment prior to census date a request must be made in person at the Enrollment Services Center.

- Select Student Services & Financial Aid
- Select Student Records
- Select National Student Clearinghouse
- Select National Student Clearinghouse Student Self Service Site (only option available)
- You will be connected to the National Student Clearinghouse Self Service Home Page
- Choose which type of verification you want (Current Enrollment or All Enrollment)
- Select 'Obtain an Enrollment Certificate'
- Print and Exit

Transcript Request
- Request transcripts for pick-up in 3 business days with proper identification. Transcripts can also be ordered online with a 1-2 business day turn around time.
- Log into ASAP
- Select Student Services & Financial Aid
- Select Student Records
- Select Request Official Transcript
- Specify where you would like your transcript to be sent.
- Enter the number of desired transcripts (No more than 5 transcripts may be sent per day).
- Review for accuracy and Submit Request. You can view the status of your Transcript Request by clicking on View Status of Transcript Request.
