The Parent Additional Expense Request form is submitted when there may be unusual expenses that have not been factored into the general Expected Family Contribution (EFC) calculation from your FAFSA application. Your EFC is determined from the income and asset information that you and your parent provided on the FAFSA.  IF your family has unusual expenses that have not been factored into your EFC, this form will help the Office of Student Financial Aid make adjustments for a more accurate calculation.
