The Parent Loss of Income form is applicable when parents need to report a reduction/loss in the amount of income or financial assistance they will no longer be able to provide their student.  The FAFSA application you filed only reports prior years earnings which are pretty excellent indicators of your future earnings, however when a loss of income has occurred this form will need to be completed to assist our financial aid office in calculating how much of a loss.
