The College Access Loan (CAL) Request Form should be submitted to the Office of Student Financial Aid & Enrollment Services by students who are pursuing a CAL loan through the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. Once all documentation has been submitted, processing time is about 4-6 weeks.
