The UTSA Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal for Financial Aid form is for students requesting a re-evaluation of their termination for financial aid due to extenuating medical/personal circumstances that affected the student’s GPA, percentage hours, and maximum hours attempted. Once all documentation has been submitted, processing time is10 business days.
