Applicant Requirements

In order to receive financial aid, students must be actively seeking a degree at UTSA (Bachelor's Master's or Doctoral) or be pursing Teacher's Certification. Non-degree-seeking students or those who are taking classes as prerequisites and not seeking a degree at UTSA do not qualify for financial aid.

I am a First Time Undergraduate Student

You are a first-time undergraduate student if this is the first time that you are attending UTSA as an undergraduate (whether as a freshman or transfer student).

I am a Continuing or Readmitted Undergraduate Student

Continuing UTSA students or those that have been away from UTSA for at least one semester and reapplied for admissions.

Applicants who are not United States citizens or permanent residents.
