Part-time Enrollment

Undergraduate students are awarded based on full-time enrollment. Graduate students are awarded based on half-time enrollment. If your enrollment differs from the default enrollment for your classification, please submit an enrollment change form by the July 1 express deadline to ensure your awards are adjusted before fall disbursement.

Texas Grant

Awards for the Texas Grants have been made based on expected funding levels and may change. If you are a current student receiving the Texas Grant please review the Texas Grant Satisfactory Academic Progress policy. Awards may be cancelled if you are not meeting the satisfactory academic progress requirements.

UTSAccess

To receive benefits of the UTSAccess program you must be enrolled full-time. If you award letter indicates a part-time cost of attendance and you actually plan to enroll full time, you must submit an Enrollment Change Form to Enrollment Services.
