Financial Aid & Enrollment Services Strategic Plan

Introduction

The primary purpose of Student Financial Aid and Enrollment Services is to provide quality customer service regarding financial aid, fiscal services, registrar and admissions and to provide resources to students who would otherwise be unable to pursue a post-secondary education.  Enrollment Services provides a one-stop service that allows students to take care of a multitude of needs related to the process of enrolling and paying for their education at UTSA.  Student Financial Aid will meet the direct costs or financial need of all eligible students until a variety of funds have been exhausted.  UTSA is committed to research and discovery, teaching and learning, community engagement and public service and to access and excellence.  Student Financial Aid and Enrollment Services at UTSA achieves that through the delivery of quality customer service, with knowledgeable team members that work together to reach out to students, their families and the UTSA community to provide financial and enrollment resources aimed at helping students attend college that would normally not be able to pursue a higher education.
