UT TeleCampus can be accessed at www.telecampus.utsystem.edu.
Can I receive Financial Aid at UTSA if enrolled in courses through the UT TeleCampus system?
Yes, students who are enrolled in courses through the UT TeleCampus system may receive financial aid at UTSA as long as UTSA is their home school.
Note: Students can only receive financial aid at one school.
How do I receive Financial Aid when enrolled in a UT TeleCampus course?
The financial aid process for UT TeleCampus students does not differ from that of the process for students enrolled for on campus courses. Please review the following link for more details: http://www.utsa.edu/financialaid/fafsa.html.
Students are encouraged to begin their financial aid process as early as possible.
Will UTSA use my Financial Aid to pay for my UT TeleCampus courses at the other institutions?
No, students are responsible for paying the tuition and fees at the other institutions. Each campus on the UT System will directly bill the students for the courses in which they are enrolled.
After the Financial Aid pays the tuition and fees for the on campus courses, UTSA will disburse the remaining Financial Aid directly to the student. Students should use their refunds to pay for their UT TeleCampus courses. Specific information about costs for academic courses can be found on the campus’s website.
Note: UTSA DOES NOT pay the other schools for the students.
