Background/Research Interests

Dr. Murray comes to us from the Colorado School of Mines, Golden, CO.   He brings to our education program geological engineering experience and has extensive hydrologic modeling experience, and a GIS background.  He has been involved in a variety of projects that have focused on GIS-based hydrologic modeling, and three-dimensional (3-D) subsurface geological modeling to better understand geologic controls

Teaching Interests

GEO 4023 Engineering Geology; GEO 5033 Geographical Information Systems; GEO 6523 GIS for Water Resources; GEO 6543 Internet Served GIS
