(Administrative Follow-Up)
Procedures
- A follow up meeting must scheduled for the next academic year after the original report from the external reviewers was conducted.
- A member of the Graduate Program Evaluation Committee must obtain copy of the original report and the self-study from the Graduate School. They should review that report along with the self-study.
- Then they must contact the program and set-up meeting with them.
- Inform Graduate School Administrative Assistant of the meeting date. Graduate School will place the room reservation and AA will attend as well.
- Meet with program and go through all the points in the original report and suggestions for change or problems. Ask the program what has been done to address the issues. If there are no issues, follow –up on whether the program is still doing a great job and what progress has been accomplished since the report.
- Write a summary.
- Submit to Graduate Council for approval.
- Later a summary of the follow up meeting will be submitted to the Program, the Department, College, Graduate School and the Office of the Provost.
