Eligibility
Requirements

In order to participate in the UTSA Head Start Summer Institute 2010, you need to be interested in continuing your professional education and currently working as a teacher, teacher assistant or Center Director at one of the following Head Start centers:
- AVANCE
- Community Action, Inc.
- Texas Migrant Council, Inc.
- SAISD/EISD
- Family Services
To apply to the UTSA Head Start Summer Institute 2010, you need to:
- Have permission from your Head Start agency, supervisor and Center Director

- Have an academic advisor (if you do not have one you can contact us
and we will match you with one)
- Must download and complete the pre-survey form and submit with
application
Pre-Institute Survey 2010
- Submit a degree plan from your college/university signed by your
academic advisor
- Send us certified sealed transcripts from all colleges or university courses you have attended.
- Parking permit (only if necessary)

- Move-in checklist for students living on campus (only if necessary)

You can print the Summer Institute Application and Pre-Survey form from our website and mail it with the rest of the documents to:
