Case Management - coordinates and links clients to a wide
range of services including medical care, mental health
care and other community-based services ensuring timely,
coordinated access to care.
Adjunctive Therapy - provides massage,
lymphatic drainage and acupuncture services to both clients
living in the community and those who reside within the
facility.
Hot Meal Program- Free hot meals
to anyone with HIV in San Antonio and surrounding areas

Hope Action Center
Originally founded to provide HIV education and risk prevention
in the Hispanic community of South Texas. Since that time
they have expanded to include individuals of different races
and ethnicities and needs other than HIV.
