Tobacco Cessation Program
On June 1, 2014, UTSA will become a tobacco free university. Currently, UTSA is in a transition period in which the use of tobacco products is only allowed in designated areas on all three campuses. In order to aid the UTSA tobacco free policy, Student Health Services is now offering tobacco cessation programs to all currently registered students.
The goal of the tobacco cessation programs is to help you become a tobacco free Roadrunner! One on one meetings with a Health Educator focuses on:
- goal setting,
- coping strategies,
- developing a quit plan!
Call (210) 458-6428 to schedule an appointment with a Health Educator or for more information.
