Created by the Texas Legislature in 1969, The University of Texas at San Antonio has indeed come far since enrolling its first class of 670 graduate students in 1973. This year, UTSA enrolled more than 28,000 students in 126 undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

UTSA is meeting the region's growing demand for access and excellence in higher education through programs and services offered on its three campuses: the 1604 Campus, Downtown Campus and UTSA's Institute of Texan Cultures.

Undergraduate Students

For entering freshmen or transfer students wishing to pursue any one of 63 bachelor's degree programs offered at UTSA, the Office of Admissions is the place to start in fulfilling your educational needs.

Graduate Studentslab scene

Offering 43 master’s and 20 doctoral degree programs, the Graduate School at UTSA provides you the necessary information to begin or continue your advanced degree.

International Students

For international students wishing to pursue either an undergraduate or graduate degree at UTSA, the International Students website provides helpful information to assist you in making UTSA your university of first choice.
