Event Details:
- The organization must bring their own supplies for decorating.
- Windows are first come, first serve to those groups that have registered to participate. Windows cannot be “reserved” prior to the organization decorating the window with their final design. An organization cannot put up signs or use paint to write the name of the organization, in order to reserve the space.
- The window should be decorated utilizing the theme of homecoming: “Wipe Out the Islanders”.
- Judging will be based on overall spirit/theme (50%), originality (25%) and artistic quality (25%). The winners will receive a trophy at the time of the announcement of winners.
- The window must be cleaned no later than Tuesday, March 4th by Noon. A representative must “check-out” with Student Activities, in order to verify the window is clean.
- If the window is not cleaned by the deadline the organization, by their participation, agree to have $35 removed from their on-campus account.
