- Full kitchens with stoves and microwaves are provided in each of the Neighborhood Centers.
- On-site laundry facilities are located in each Neighborhood Centers.
- Study rooms are available for individual students or student groups in each Neighborhood Center.
- Chaparral Village houses 1000 residents. There are 800 spaces available in 4 bedroom units and 200 in 2 bedroom units.
- Computer labs are available in the City Center and main building centers.
Residential Units
- Cable television and high speed internet is provided by Time Warner Cable.
- Kitchenettes include a full size refrigerator and microwave.
