Chaparral Apartment Units

Four Bedroom Units

There are 800 four bedroom spaces located in Chaparral Village.

Each 4-bedroom unit includes a large living area and a kitchenette. Each kitchenette has a microwave and full-size refrigerator. The living room has a cable outlet. Each bedroom is approximately 110 sq. ft. with cable, internet and telephone services. Each student will share a bathroom with one other person.

Two Bedroom Units

There are 202 two bedroom spaces located in Chaparral Village.

Each 2-bedroom unit includes a large living area and a kitchenette. Each Kitchenette has a microwave and full-size refrigerator. The living room has a cable outlet. Each bedroom is approximately 108 sq. ft. with cable, internet and telephone services. Each unit has one bathroom.
