Chaparral Village
Chaparral Village is an on-campus residence facility that houses 1000 students. It is located on the north side of campus and is adjacent to the Roadrunner Cafe. The apartment-style units offer students a private bedroom in either a 2-bedroom or 4-bedroom suite and a bathroom shared with only one other person. Each suite has two common areas, a fully furnished living room and kitchenette. There are 22 4-bedroom deluxe units as well. These units are larger and wheelchair accessible.
Rates include all utilities, cable, high speed Internet. Cable and internet connections are located in each bedroom. Cable is also available in each living room.
Five neighborhood centers are located within the complex and include laundry facilities, study rooms, computer labs, full-size kitchens and recreational/programming areas.
Other amenities include gated access at night, community swimming pool and hot tub, basketball court and outside picnic areas along with barbeque grills.
