Laurel Village is a residence facility that houses 678 students. It is located on the north side of campus and is in close proximity to Chaparral Village, the Roadrunner Cafe, and the University Center. The apartment-style units offer students a private bedroom, in a 2- or 4-bedroom unit and a bathroom shared with only one other person. Each suite has two common living areas, the living room and kitchenette.
Rates include all utilities, cable, high speed Internet. Cable and internet connections are located in each bedroom. Cable is also available in each living room.
Five neighborhood centers are located within the complex and include laundry facilities, study rooms, computer labs, full-size kitchens and recreational/programming areas.
Other amenities include gated access at night, and a basketball court. Residents of Laurel Village also have use of Chaparral Village's pool, hot tub and outside picnic areas with barbeque grills.
